Website Design Built Around Strategy, Not Just Aesthetics

We combine strategy and design to build you something that attracts the right clients and actually gets them to reach out.

Why Your Website Matters More Than You Think

Your website is often the first experience someone has with your business and brand. And if it's not making the right impression (or worse, if it's making the wrong one) it's not just a design problem. It's a business problem.

A Beautiful Website Does Nothing For You Without Strategy Behind It

A great website is the sum of a lot of moving parts. Every element below plays a role in making sure your website doesn't just look good but also performs, connects, and converts. And while a DIY builder can check a few of these boxes, it can't check all of them, and the ones it misses are usually the ones that matter most.

  • Website Strategy

Clarity on your message, structure, audience, competitors, and goals before a single page is designed.

  • Copywriting Guidance

Direction on what to say and how to say it so your site speaks directly to your ideal client or customers.

  • Custom Design

A professional, intentional design built around your brand and your audience. From layout and typography to color, imagery, and every detail in between, every element is chosen with intention.

  • SEO Foundation

A beautiful site does nothing for you if it can’t be found online. Through careful keyword research your site is built with the basics in place so the right people can actually find you.

  • Legal Protection

The basics that protect your business and build trust with visitors (privacy policy, terms of use, and cookie compliance) built into your site from the start. Not something you have to chase down later.

  • Accessibility

Building with accessibility in mind isn't just the right thing to do, it's good for business. We follow best practices for contrast, readability, and navigation so your site works for the widest possible audience and holds up as accessibility standards continue to evolve.

  • Responsive Build

Many of your visitors are on their phones. If your site isn't built for mobile first, you're losing them before they've had a chance to see what you do. Every site I build looks and works exactly as it should across every device.

  • Launch Support

You won't be handed a finished site and left to figure it out alone. Every project includes a tutorial so you know exactly how to make updates and changes yourself after launch. And if something comes up down the road ongoing support is always available at an hourly rate.

Who I Build Websites For

I've worked with small business owners who were done letting their site hold them back, coaches relaunching their practice, consultants landing bigger clients, and authors building their platform. The industry changes. The goal doesn't. And if you wear more than one of these hats (the speaker who teaches, the author who consults) your website needs to bring it all together in one place that makes sense to the people landing on it.

  • You've put everything into building your business. Your website should reflect that, not look like something you threw together on a Sunday afternoon to get started. Whether you're launching for the first time or finally ready to replace the DIY site that got you here, we'll build you something professional, clear, and built to grow with you.

  • Clients need to trust you before they hire you. Your website will be designed to clearly communicate your methodology, showcase your results, and speak directly to the people you do your best work with.

  • We'll build a space that brings your research, publications, and academic work together in a way that's organized, credible, and easy for collaborators, media, and students to navigate so your full impact is always visible and working for you.

  • Whether you've published one book or many, your website is an important piece of the puzzle to guide readers to become followers and followers become buyers. We'll create a space that spotlights your work, tells the story behind it, and builds the kind of connection that keeps your audience coming back.

  • Your website will give you a dedicated space to showcase your signature speaking topics, highlight the events and organizations you've spoken for, and articulate the specific value your audience walks away with.

  • “Bev truly took the time to understand who I am, what I do, and why I do it, so that she could help me position myself in the most authentic and professional way possible.”

    — Jill Wetzler, Facilitator, Advisor, and Executive Coach

  • “My new brand and website make me feel like I’m on the right path and, for the first time, that I truly belong in this space. I can finally present myself and my business the way I’ve always wanted“

    — Nijal Hamberg, Bay State Bookkeeping

  • “Bev is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional, and fast. She directed me through all phases of building a site that meets my needs and that I can be really proud of. It never would have happened without her, and I'm so happy to have found her.”

    — Todd Haugh, University of Indiana

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most projects take around four weeks from start to finish, but the timeline depends on the size of your site, the functionality you need, and whether your branding is already in place. We'll give you a clear timeline before we get started so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Not necessarily, but if you don't have branding yet, I strongly recommend going through that process first. That said, if you're not ready for a full branding project, I’ve got you covered. During the website strategy stage we'll work through the core brand elements you need, so your site still has a clear, cohesive identity that works for your business right now and gives you room to grow.

  • I build primarily on Squarespace, with Shopify available for e-commerce needs. Squarespace is my platform of choice for a few reasons: their pricing is transparent, their customer support is genuinely good, and it gives us the flexibility to build something completely custom while still being easy enough for you to manage yourself after launch. No mystery fees, no needing a developer every time you want to swap a photo.

  • Yes and I make sure of it. Every website project includes a walkthrough tutorial so you know exactly how to make updates and changes on your own. If something comes up that's outside the scope of basic updates or you simply don't have the time, I’m always available to help at an hourly rate after launch.

  • Absolutely, and honestly, this describes a lot of the clients I work with. You built something to get started and it got you here. But now it doesn't represent where your business actually is, it's not bringing in the right clients, and you know it's hit its ceiling. A redesign isn't starting over, it's finally building what your business actually deserves.

You've done the hard work of building something great. Your website should reflect that.
